fern's the word

for the opening my brother came up with a version of a prohibition cocktail called "the last word." typically a gin based cocktail with green chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, and freshly pressed lime juice, aaron's version for our store's drink included a st. germaine foam in place of the maraschino liqueur. the result was ridiculously good and dangerous. i could drink them all day long.

1.5 oz. plymouth gin
.75 oz. green chartreuse
.25 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
foam made with st. germaine and rhubarb bitters

combine first three ingredients. shake with ice and serve over foam. garnished with wild violets
